Weather Forecast

I was hoping to do an overnight snow camp but once again, that didn't work out this year.

Steve and I arrived at the Paradise parking lot to find it was much less crowded than expected. Excellent! We geared up and headed down the road.

We followed the usual route up...down the road, around the bend, over the bridge and right after the bridge look for tracks up to the left. We found them and headed uphill.

We reached the ridge and decided to continue up towards the big mountain. We mainly spent out time wandering around and enjoying the views. We found a nice little bump around mid day and decided it would be a good place to stop for lunch and turn around for the day.

Excellent snow conditions and as usual this time of year down at MRNP...great views. Spring is on the way!!!
