The goal? Get out for a hike...maybe find some shrooms.

Well we had a great hike even if it was really warm (hot). Not so many shrooms though. Better than last year but still bad (so far).

We drove up Mineral Springs Rd then where the road crests the ridge (big jumble or intersecting roads) we parked the car and walked the gated road. We the followed Teanaway Ridge all the way over to Iron Bear Mtn.

Impressions...very little snow out there. There should be some but there is nothing! The soil is really dry. Amazing for so early in the year. Some wildflowers out which was nice. I wasn't expecting to see the bitterroot but it was sure nice to be surprised by them. Not much shroom action going on. Way, way, way too dry.
