I worked a half day today/Friday. I had the car packed and ready to go as soon as I left work. I was looking to return to Ingalls Creek. Flowers...I wanted to see flowers.

I wasn't disappointed.

The hardest part of this hike is getting to the trailhead. It's near Pashastin and coming from the south, the road is somewhat hidden on the left/west side of the road. Coming from the north, it's easier to see the turnoff. Surprisingly, I found myself to be the only one parked at the TH around 1pm on this Friday. That's OK...the trail would be quite and deserted. Not at all like my last visit.

It's an easly trail...well graded, wide, not at all steep...in fact...for me it feels almost flat.

With my late start, I hiked in about 4.5 miles when I decided it would be a good time to turn around.

This trail is stunning when it's at peak wildlower season.
